Simon took the girls, (Carrie and Katie) camping at Doheny Beach. Simon went surfing, we hung out at the beach, cooked hot dogs, and made s'mores....and of course played cards into the late evening.

There were multiple seagulls with missing legs or feet.... yes that is sad and we empathized..... that was until we were attacked, followed, and harassed by one of these "one foots" during our stay at the beach.
Feels like another country
We considered this trip to be R&D (research and development) for future "staycations" to enjoy with more people. This was tough work, and our next one, everyone is invited.

I'm pretty creeped out that "One Foot" will be there. He's like a horror movie!
